(“SOLV” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: MWH), a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, today announced that, in connection with its previously completed public offering of 15,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of the Company, including 7,698,410 shares being offered by affiliates of American Securities LLC (the “Selling Stockholders”) and 7,301,590 shares being offered by the Company, the underwriters have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 2,250,000 shares of Class A common stock of the Company, including 1,154,760 shares from the Selling Stockholders and 1,095,240 from the Company at the public offering price of $36.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
