(TSXV: SMY) (OTC Pink: SHCMF) ("Search Minerals" or the "Company") announces that, further to its news releases of February 20, 2026 and May 6, 2026, it has completed its previously announced shares-for-debt transaction (the "Transaction") pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange Policy 4.3 – Shares for Debt. Pursuant to the Transaction, the Company has issued an aggregate of 370,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a deemed price of $0.50 per Share in settlement of $185,000 of outstanding indebtedness (the "Debt").

(TSXV: SMY) (OTC: SHCMF) ("Search Minerals" or the "Company") announces that on April 30, 2026, the Board of Directors granted a total of 1,800,000 stock options to certain directors, officers, management, employees and service providers pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.50 per common share and expire on April 30, 2031, being five years from the date of grant, in accordance with the terms of the Company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
