BI-1206 is currently in Phase I/II trials, combined with the anti-PD1 therapy Keytruda, for solid tumors, and is also undergoing a Phase ... I/IIa study in conjunction with MabThera (rituximab) for individuals with relapsed/refractory NHL. CB-5339 is advancing through Phase I clinical trials for acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome. It has also forged distribution partnerships with China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group International Trading Co., Ltd, Pharmathen Global BV, and Riemser Pharma GmbH. Incorporated in 1991, this Rockville, Maryland-based company was formerly known as EntreMed, Inc. before adopting its current name, CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in June 2014.
