Additionally, the Wharf gold mine occupies roughly 3,243 net acres in the northern Black Hills of weste ... rn South Dakota, and the Silvertip silver-zinc-lead mine in northern British Columbia, Canada, extends over 97,298 net acres. Historically, the company was known as Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation before rebranding to Coeur Mining, Inc. in May 2013.
