I upgrade the Fidelity Value Factor ETF to a Buy, as I believe its tilt towards GARP style should secure its outperformance vs. IVV this year. The FVAL portfolio has a 0.93 weighted average PEG ratio vs. IVV's 1.22, thanks to its 4.8% earnings yield and a 22.2% forward EPS growth rate. Though FVAL has trailed IVV since September 2016, it has solidly outperformed such value ETFs as IVE, RPV, and IWD. Moreover, it beat IVV in 2025.
