Toronto, ON, June 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (“Capstone” or the “Corporation”) (TSX:CSE.PR.A) announced today that it does not intend to exercise its right under the terms of its Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset Preferred Shares, Series A (the “Series A shares”) to redeem all or part of the currently outstanding 3,000,000 Series A shares on July 31, 2026.
