(NASDAQ: SLXN) (“Silexion” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering RNA interference (RNAi) therapies for KRAS-driven cancers, today announced the entry into definitive agreements for the immediate exercise of certain outstanding warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,995,092 of the Company's ordinary shares originally issued in August 2025 and September 2025 having a reduced exercise price of $0.50 per share.
