Beyond this primary candidate, argenx SE maintains a pipeline of immunology innovations. These encompass cusatuzumab, aimed at hematological ... cancer and high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes; ARGX-119, an antibody designed to target muscle-specific tyrosine kinase; ARGX-117 for severe autoimmune indications; ARGX-118, which addresses airway inflammation; and ARGX-120, another treatment for autoimmune disorders. Furthermore, argenx SE is involved in external collaborations for several product candidates. These include ARGX-115 for cancer treatment, ARGX-112 which targets the interleukin-22 receptor, and ARGX-114, an antibody directed against the MET receptor. The company has forged strategic alliances with AbbVie S.À.R.L., Zai Lab Limited, and LEO Pharma A/S. It also maintains an extensive network of collaboration and licensing agreements with partners such as Genor Biopharma Co. Ltd, Université Catholique de Louvain, Sopartec S.A., NYU Langone Health, Leiden University Medical Center, AgomAb Therapeutics NV, Broteio Pharma B.V., the University of Texas, BioWa, Inc., Cilag GmbH International, Staten Biotechnology B.V., and Shire International GmbH.
